Cancellation/Modify Policy:
At Blessboutik, we understand plans can change.
Currently, orders go into processing 12 hours after being placed for speedy fulfillment. Thus, customers have a 12-hour window after checkout for order adjustments or cancellations.
If you need to cancel/hold the order, do it within this 12-hour window.
Cancellations aren't accepted beyond the 12-hour window or once the order enters the processing.

Replacement Policy:
We will send you a replacement at no extra cost in case:
- The item doesn’t match your order information such as wrong color, wrong size, insufficient quantity, and so on
- The item experiences any problems during the shipping process and you have purchased a Shipping Protection
- The item has technical or production errors within THREE days after receipt according to our Warranty
A replacement will cost some extra fees in case:
- You placed the wrong item and would like an exchange.
- The item was damaged, lost in transit, or wrongly delivered and your order has NO Shipping Protection. You have to pay the shipping fee is $4.99 for the replacement
- The item was damaged or scratched under your normal use.
If you require a replacement for your order, please read this policy thoroughly and reach out to our Customer Support for guidance on the next steps. You will need to provide photos or other proof of the issue, and we will take care of everything else.
Refunds Policy:
You're protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don't receive your product after 30 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happen), we will refund you 100% your money, no question asked!
Refunds revert to the original form of payment. Refund timing:
Paypal: 1 business day
Debit/Credit Card: Approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
