What does this Warranty Policy cover? 

At Blessboutik, we try our best to bring the most wonderful experience with our product. In case your item has technical or production errors within THREE days after receipt, we are willing to send a replacement FREE of charge. Our Warranty will cover any defects in our product itself under normal use. If for some subjective reasons such as the customer drops it and breaks it, this warranty package will not cover that and the customer has to follow our Replacement Policy.

What do I need to do to get service under the Warranty Policy?

Blessboutik will take responsibility for all defective products caused by objective reasons. If you encounter any product issues with your order within THREE days of receiving it, please promptly reach out to our Customer Support and send some photos or videos. We will review your proof and promptly send a replacement item if the proof is verified.
